Making Places Possible
For nine years I led sales at a Ukrainian travel company. I managed a twelve-person team, worked with international partners, prepared visa documents, and helped people move through complicated travel plans.

A life in motion
I have spent much of my working life making complicated things feel possible. I led a travel team, worked with property transactions, and coordinated the search and preparation of a family home abroad.
Now I am exploring European countries where I can develop new skills, meet new people, and understand what kind of life I want to build next.

For nine years I led sales at a Ukrainian travel company. I managed a twelve-person team, worked with international partners, prepared visa documents, and helped people move through complicated travel plans.
My work has included real estate transactions, property research, acquisition support, renovation, purchasing, utilities, and the practical details that make a home ready for daily life.
I am often the person between the client, broker, lawyer, designer, contractor, and supplier. I find what is missing, follow through, and keep the process moving.
What making a home ready really looks like . . .
ONE HOME, MANY MOVING PARTSFor one family moving to another country, I researched about fifty properties, prepared a shortlist, and arranged viewings during their short visits. Once they chose a home, the work became much more than a transaction.
I coordinated paperwork and utilities, found contractors, sourced materials, worked with the designer, and prepared the house for the owners' arrival. The work crossed documents, renovation, purchasing, and daily problem solving.
The goal stayed simple: the family should arrive to a home that was ready for them.
A complete path from search to move-in

Hi, I'm Tatiana Yutish
Ukraine gave me the first long chapters of my professional life: entrepreneurship, real estate, and tourism. Canada asked me to adapt again. I worked in hospitality before returning to property work inside a Canadian brokerage, where accuracy, timing, and communication mattered every day.
Now I am looking toward Europe. I am not searching for one perfect country. I want to experience different places, understand how everyday life feels, and meet people whose lives are also changing.
I am carrying forward what I already know while leaving room for something I cannot name yet.
I do not have a polished answer for what comes next. I have curiosity, experience, and the willingness to look closely.
The chapter I am in nowWhat I am discovering now . . .
THE NEXT CHAPTER
I want to spend more time with classical painting and learn how images are made, not only how they look.
I am curious about gardens and outdoor spaces for private homes, and how design can change the way a place feels.
Yoga and qigong help me care for my body, steady my energy, and make more room for calm.
I also want to meet women who migrated and now feel between the life they had and the life they are building. Perhaps that connection can become a community.
Learning, practising, connecting

If our paths cross, say hello.
I am always glad to meet people who care about thoughtful work, beautiful places, and the experience of building a life somewhere new.
